MASSACHUSETTS BROADCASTER ASSOCIATION STUDENT BROADCASTER SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM – Criteria: must be a resident of Massachusetts, must plan to enroll at an accredited two or four-year school with a major or intention of studying over-the-air broadcasting. Applications are available in Guidance. Deadline: April 2, 2010.
MASSACHUSETTS RESTAURANT ASSOCIATION EDUCATIONAL FOUNDATION CO-BRANDED SCHOLARSHIP – Criteria: Must be accepted to an accredited restaurant/foodservice related post-secondary program, must be a U.S. citizen and a Massachusetts resident, must have a minimum GPA of 2.65, must have verified culinary or restaurant/foodservice work experience Applications are available online. Deadline: April 16, 2010.
SOUTH BOSTON SPORTS HALL OF FAME SCHOLARSHIP – Criteria: Must be a resident of South Boston, must graduate high school or earn a GED, must be accepted to an accredited Institution of Advanced Education. Applications are available in Guidance. Deadline: May 1, 2010.
STEPHEN PHILLIPS MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP - This scholarship fund offers scholarships to “students with financial need who display academic excellence, a desire to make a meaningful contribution to society, and strong citizenship and character” Applications and more details can be found online.
