Clubs

Athletics Association
Each member of all Mount sports teams automatically becomes a member of this club. 

Art Club
Members work in various media to produce portfolios.

Book Club
Faculty and student members meet once a month to discuss pre-selected stories or novel. Members can keep up with all Book Club News at the MSJA Library page.

Campus Ministry Student Team
Members are trained to serve as Eucharistic Ministers, Lectors and, Retreat Team Leaders.  The student teams also works on various service projects.

Choir
Members perform at various school functions, including liturgy.

Club Council
Each club has a representative on this council to promote interclub activities and communication.  Each member writes an article for each issue of The Eagle's Eye.  Members also read the daily club announcements and maintain the calendar in the cafeteria.

Drama Club
Every year, members perform in a fall play and a spring musical.

International Club
The primary function of this club is to bring cultural awareness to the MSJA community.

Japanime
Students discuss and share their interest in Japanese animation, the unique animated art form produced in graphic novels and cartoons.  Members also learn about various aspects of Asian cultures through field trips, art projects and other activities.

Literary Magazine
Publication of student creative writing and art work each semester in the MSJA literary journal, Unspoken Words.

Mediation Team
Members are trained to mediate between students who are having conflicts.

Mock Trial Competition:
The Massachusetts Bar Association directs a court competition in which student teams present their cases in the presence of a judge.

National Honor Society
Members are chosen based on academic excellence, leadership, service and character.

Newspaper
Monthly production of student newspaper - The Eagle's Eye.

Prom Committee
Students assist in planning of the yearly Senior/Junior Spring Prom.

Recruitment Team
Students are trained to be school representatives, recruiting at grammar schools and organizing school Recruitment Functions.

Robotics Team
Team members work together to build a robot from scratch to be entered in an annual competition sponsored by F.I.R.S.T. Students learn about electrical and mechanical engineering, computer programming and design principles.

Students Against Destructive Decisions
Students provide information and activities to assist MSJA community members regarding drinking and driving.

Science Club
Students choose activities/trips to explore their interest in science.

Social Justice Club
The primary focus is service to others and elimination of injustices throughout the world.

Student Council

Membership is elected by the student body.  The council is the student-run governing association of hte student body.

Students for Alumnae
Students promote connections and continuity between the alumnae and the present student body. 

Yearbook Committee
The primary focus of the committee is the production of the MSJA Yearbook.
